I love being a football mom. I am a team mom right now for my son’s team where my husband coaches. I love doing it and being a part of the team.*My son has been playing since he was 5 or 6 years old. He started in flag football then said he was ready for tackle. I love watching him grow not only with the knowledge of football but seeing the brotherhood that comes with him being part of an amazing team.We have won a superbowl and also experienced tough seasons. It’s great seeing the way all these boys come together and root each other on, not only with those losses but with the wins, too. I love being part of the action. I run up and down with the ball, I fundraise and I love doing the end of the season party.I let my son play so he can see how it goes in life, that life is not always fair, but at the same time he learns the value of sportsmanship. My son is now a middle linebacker and rocks at it!
